Epson Bitmap Plugin Unable To Write To File
I have exhausted my support from EPSON..no one has heard of this problem (surprise!).
When I scan any document in any mode on my CX 3810, after the completion of the scan function by the scanner, I get no scan sent to my computer and I get an error message box that says:
EPSON JPG Plug-in
Unable to write to disk
OK
I click on OK and the application closes.
I have reinstalled all software, cleaned out the registry, etc.
I installed the same software on my laptop and the printer/fax works fine.
HELP
